George Limberis is a civil litigator, whose practice focuses on commercial litigation and complex commercial disputes, including:

George is routinely involved in alternate dispute resolution both by way of negotiated settlements, arbitration and mediation.  In addition, his analytical skills and experience in the rules of practice have earned him the respect of the courts and his peers.  Above all he is keenly aware of the fine balance between the cost of litigation and the client’s objectives.  In providing advice to his clients George tempers any legal advice with the objectives of his clients, insuring that his client’s goals are met and not just their legal rights.


George also oversees and directs counsel in complex commercial matters with a particular emphasis on all matters relating to intellectual property and technology issues.
